A clinician's view of quality. A practical path to NABH.
Rushi Health is an independent NABH accreditation consultancy founded by Dr. Rushi Bhut. We work side by side with hospital teams to build safe, simple systems that staff actually follow, so accreditation becomes the natural result of good care.
Our story
I trained as a doctor (BHMS), so I learned early that quality in a hospital is not about files on a shelf. It is about the nurse who checks a patient's identity twice, the fridge log that keeps vaccines safe, and the fire drill that everyone knows by heart.
Over the last two years working in hospital quality, I saw the same problem again and again. Hospitals wanted NABH accreditation, but the process felt confusing and expensive, and it was buried in paperwork nobody used once the assessment was over.
I started Rushi Health to change that. We explain every NABH requirement in plain language, write documents that match how each hospital really works, and train every staff group, from doctors to housekeeping, so the systems keep running long after we leave.
Because I come from a clinical background, I speak the language of both doctors and administrators. Because we are a young, digital-first team, we use simple tools, dashboards and WhatsApp updates to keep every hospital moving forward without long delays.
As a doctor, I know quality lives at the bedside, not in a file. My job is to make NABH practical for the people who deliver care every day.
